Open Winrar, on the Winrar window look for the file you want, highlight it, then press extract on the menu.

decrypt, you mean like, when theres a password on there? there are a few programs out there, but they will costs you

mikekelly, i tried the rarpasswordcracker software but it gave me 0 keys, is there another good program for breaking/finding .rar password?
