maybe he wants the 10000 rpm on the 74gb harddrive compared to the 7200 on the ones you suggested? if he doesnt download a lot of music and only plays games he has plenty of space but maybe bying like a cheap 80gb 2nd harddrive wouldnt be a bad idea
