Default Need MoBo Suggestion Please

Hi all. Noob here. I am having a problem finding a motherboard for the first pc I am building. Here are the specs so far:

SB Audigy 2 ZS Platinum
P4 3.4ghz(64EMT) processor
WD 250gb hard drive
Hauppauge PVR-150 tv tuner
Windows MCE 2005

My problem is I found a nice card that I really want, the Radeon X800GT, but I want a mobo that has at least 4 PCI slots. I like having extra, I can't help it. So anyway, I cannot find an ASUS with 4 PCI slots priced around $120, which is what I want to pay. Most of the ASUS boards have 3 PCI, then 1 PCI-E x16, which is what that video card needs. So I am looking for a good board with over 3 PCI slots, with a PCI-E x16 slot for that card. I found this one Intel board, the D915PBLL ATX Socket 775(http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...74&pfp=BROWSE), but I cannot find any reviews of it. Any suggestions on a good board to suit me? If I can't find anything, i am just going to go with the ATI Radeon 9800PRO and an ASUS P5P800. But I really want that X800GT. Thanks for any help.

Well you'll have a fun time as the industry switches over to PCI-Express, the more the switchover, the fewer the PCI slots

Don't worry about extra PCI-SLOTS, everything is nearly available through the USB ports now.
