Hi bj.

Run Hijackthis and check this line.

O21 - SSODL: SystemCheck2 - {54645654-2225-4455-44A1-9F4543D34545} - C:\WINNT\System32\vbsys2.dll

Close all open windows and browsers, and hit "Fix Checked".

Then find and delete this file.

C:\WINNT\System32\vbsys2.dll

Reboot and post a new Hijackthis log.

You got McAfee and ZoneAlarm running, not a good idea to have two firewalls running. I'd personally ditch mcafee and get a free antivirus to run with zonealarm. You also need to update to SP2, apart from that you're good.
