do you already have a motherboard, hard disk, optical reader, ram, etc for it? Personally id rather get a full ATX over a Micro ATX.

Micro ATX case means Micro ATX motherboard.

Well since that a case with a PSU. I think common sence would tell you that you might need to buy every other part of the computer. Hell the PSU proberly not worth a damm so I stick with the entire inside of the computer.
