im considering building a new pc, because my one is not good any more. im considering the amd athlon x2 3800, what you guys think of the 3800, is it a good choice

Not for everything. If your not gaming or vidioediting, then get an intel.

intel is a good all-around cpu, does multi-tasking and games very well.

the dual core 3800 will do multi-tasking very well also.
i was considering a 3200+ Venice...but the X2 3800+ is tempoting. huige price difference...but maybe i can squeeze it.
