OK Frist you ram is not compatible with your motherbord. look for DDR 400 PC 3200 Ram. like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145440
Next your video card is not the best I had a 5200. It did play UT 2004 on medium. you may be more happier with this card for 7 dollars more. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814164017

the motherboard description on newegg will tell you what is compatible or you can go to the manufactures website
