hi there, my HP printer is just scanning and copying oddly. while scanning/ copying, it has this black boxes on the output picture (see the picture below).

except for the document I want to scan, I didn’t put anything on the scanner glass (see second picture *the black boxes that occurred has nothing to do with me leaving the scanner cover open, I did that just to show the scanner glass, you know, in case there’s something wrong you might spot*).

help! it’s driving me nuts! thank you in advance
