i have the MX510, excellent, looks nice, fits my hand nice, and the buttons are excellent. I want a 518 soon, there pretty much the same except the MX518 has sensitivty buttons and is a little better at tracking.

The MX518 is a 1600dpi sensor and the 510 is a 800dpi sensor + lighter chassis.
