I'm about to upgrade in the graphics card and PSU category and I haven't really found a good PSU. I did find this pretty nice over the top (when it comes to wattage), 650W. It's pretty nice but the price is bugging the hell out of me. How can it be so cheap? Is it crap quality or what's wrong with it. My 200W PSU that I have now can easily run the computer I have in my sig. So I would mostly just upgrade because I need a better GFX card. Any suggestions on good PSU brands and/or models, minimum is 350W. Preferrably(spelling?) 1 +12V 25A or 2 +12V >15A. Thank you to those who help me out.

I've found a really nice one, HEC 420W POWER SUPPLY. 420W as it says, two +12V rails: +12V1 16A +12V2 15A. It should be more than enough but the thing I'm wondering about compatibility with my computer. What's the dual +12V rail "system" like? Extra cables?
