playing ps2 on a laptop

i bought hp pav zd 8000 and it came with a tv tuner. i have also heard i can hook up ps2 into the tv tuner and play ps2 on my computer( using my laptop as tv). so i hooked it up and my pc recognized the ps2. but just like playing ps2 on a tv, u need to go to that video/game button. im looking for that ps2 channel on my computer but i can only go through the tv channels. how can i switch it to video?

You can't just hook the PS2 up to the coax input on your TV tuner card and go to channel 3 or 4?

i finnaly configured so i can play ps2 on my comp. but then i can see the ps2 screen for like 5 sec. and then it turns into this screen that said there isnt enough power signal coming in.......
