Whats a good price to sell this CPU/MoBo combo @

Intel Celeron D 2.8ghz, and a P4VTE Soyo motherboard, whats a good price to sell it at, that you think people would buy,(if your a cheap person like me, then what you think otehrs would buy for) if the CPU was OZed, and if it wasn't OZed, both used.(friends and mine)

I'm upgrading to a 654 Sempron 2800+ so i need to know how much is a good asking price for this stuff.

Sersiolly that much? how much does this go for new? lol, and i assume thats for the un OC'ed one.
