Default quality difference b/t DVI and VGA

I got my new monitor in today, and its damn good. I was wondering if there is a huge difference in quality b/t using the analog VGA or using the DVI?

agreed, i had a 19 inch hp lcd, and i saw no difference between the VGA and DVi conncetions (i wasnt using it for gaming though) just for school and internet and stuff
