Motorola SB5100 Modem

I recently bought a SB5100 modem w/o a power adapter. I was hoping someobody with a SB5100 could tell me what model and make AC adapter comes with it, and where I might possibly get one. thanks.

is taht the one that stands up vertically and is black, cause i got one of those....
