Idk if this has already been said but...

Startup Manager- http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
it adds an app in your Control Panel to disable or delete startup programs. You can also make it add a program you want to startup when your PC boots. This shows all startup programs in the Startup start menu folder and also all the HKCU and HKLM RUN keys.

This program will completely redecorate your PC to resemble a Mac. It also integrates with Objectdock so you can have the OSX toolbars that zoom. This is not an average skinning program, this changes almost everything about Windows XP. If you want some screenshots of my PC, here.
