I did, only thing that went wrong with my installation was I had to reconfigure my wireless settings. It seems okay, haven't noticed any +'s or -'s about it yet. But the secuirty updates will help a lot of people.

I installed it, the thing i like about it most is that it doesn't say "Home Edition" on the boot screen.
However it turned my hacked "Stop MS" taskbar button back to "Start" and Changed on the side of the start menu: my "Windows XP Monopoly Edition" back to "Windows XP Home Edition" and a few other things.

I have it just for the IE popup blocker (yes, I have to use it sometimes). I hate that dumb 'security center' so I stopped the service and I'm good to go.

I noticed that too, I have Professional. I wonder why it does that?
