HEATSINK, what is the best heat sink that will keep an overclocked CPU cool?

I have $500 now so I will buy the CPU, motherboard, and ram or powersupply. Then get the video card and case when I get the cash within the next month

Well Thermalright does make coolers for A64s so might as well get one made for a platform
