offline

Ihave tried to get my printer to print.But it comes up on the status box offline. instead of ready.How do i correct this?

Is the printer on? (press the power button) Is it installed, and only one version installed? Do you have the usb cord plugged into the printer and the computer?

Hi thanks for your help.my printer is epson c66 durabrite.I am wondering if i have installed the wrong drives?As i am not to good on computers.

I dont know which windows you have. But choose which one and get yourself a new driver
