You can get a cheaper motherboard that does not have SLi feature since you're only getting one video card. Unless you have 2 video cards, SLi capabilities are a complete waste.

The CPU cooler will not be compatible. That one is for an LGA775 Intel socket, you need an AMD s939 base cooler.

You need an Operating System.

Ret looks good. RAM ill be your only bottleneck I think. 1GB is good to start, however if you find your machine is laging while playing intense games you maybe need up to 2GB. Also, overclocking with Corsair Twin-X can be a challenge I'e heard. They are good sticks, jut not "the best" in my book.
