Default wanting to build new computer

hey everyone,
i'm pretty new at the custom built computers...but i was talking to my cousin and he's a computer buff and got me hooked in building my own computer...i am looking to spend around 500 to 600 on the actual computer then w/e more for a monitor...i have a hp pavilion 750n right now...he told me i can get my P4 over-clocked and shouldn't need to upgrade to a faster one....i don't remember how fast it is...i'm thinking like a 1.8 maybe..idk...but anyways...i'm wanting to reuse my harddrive and dvd-rom and cd/r drive in the new one...i'll be using my existing pc cards also...
things i want new...
a faster graphics card...will be used for gaming a lot (unreal tourny)
a new mother board...
lots of room for pc cards and such
see through panels and neon
anywhere i can send my P4 to get overclocked
lots of room for fans
lots of eye candy
new keyboard and mouse ( doens't need to be inlcluded in the 600 bucks
a LARGE monitor...19+ in viewable that matches the tower
a nice sound card
where to find xp pro upgrade cheaper then usual ( i have xp home)

if anyone can help me about with components that work well together and show prices please help a guy out...i'll be building the computer this summer

PaveLowFE
alone the VCard can cost up to 500$ and his budget is 500-600.

I would sugest a asus P4P8X MoBo or Asus K8V Deluxe MoBo
Intel P4 Anyspeed aslong as it supports HT and 800FSB or AMD Athlon 2800+ and up XP or 64
Raden 9600 Pro / Xt 128

Saw this online computer store selling what appears to be pretty high quality desktops, I recommend you look at their system specs to get some good ideas on what computer components to use.
