Question Which psu for this motherboard?

Hi

Im building a comp for my bro the parts are coming tomorrow, hes already moaning ive gone over hes budget and ive just had to wake him up this morning to an error i had made on the power supply, the board ive ordered him is asus A8N-E from overclockers.co.uk, this morn i went to read up on it again on the site only to read to my horror that the psu has to be atx v2.0 compliant, the case i ordered for him has the power supply included but ive rang overclockers and they say it aint atx v2.0, so now im kinda stuck money wise, also i dunno if the graphics card i ordered for him as well is gonna need a special adapter for it coming from the psu ive heard some do, damn im really stuck now, the graphics card is a HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X550 256MB DDR TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail , the cpu is amd athlon 3000+ venice, i need to know really the cheapest psu i can use to run on the motherboard with this graphics card, bearing in mind he only has one hard drive at the mo (ide) and one dvd rom drive. Thanks and anything else ive not mentioned please just say and ill reply.
