My eyes are hurting, and alcohol is blurring my vision, I'll post again tomorrow.

To get rid of Dell4me.

Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.dell4me.com/myway

Close all open windows and browsers, and hit "Fix Checked".

And that's you all clean and shiny!

Well I'm glad I got rid of them. Is there anything else in my log that I can do away with too? Cause I've noticed that my log is HUGE compared to everyone else's. Like I don't use the google toolbar or anything, that just came with some program I installed for FireFox. I would be glad to remove anything unwanted or uneeded. Thanks!

Your log isn't that big, I've seen one 55 pages long in Word!! Although it did have a lot of malware! You can fix these with Hijackthis.

O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Helper - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - c:\program files\google\googletoolbar2.dll
O3 - Toolbar: &Google - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - c:\program files\google\googletoolbar2.dll
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Google Search - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmsearch.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Translate English Word - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmwordtrans.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: Backward Links - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmbacklinks.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: Cached Snapshot of Page - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmcache.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: Similar Pages - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmsimilar.html
O8 - Extra context menu item: Translate Page into English - res://c:\program files\google\GoogleToolbar2.dll/cmtrans.html
O9 - Extra button: Research - {92780B25-18CC-41C8-B9BE-3C9C571A8263} - C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~3\OFFICE11\REFIEBAR.DLL

Then go through all the 04 entries and fix anything you don't need running on startup, some things might need to be disabled in the programs themselves.

You're kidding! 55 pages!? How much porn did he have running holy crap! jK. Ok just did it and done. Hey I was wondering, this Dell Media Experience keeps popping up on me in the End Task manager and when I first boot up I have to close it because it's not responding. It seems to be taking up alot of space on my hd, can I get rid of it? Or will things stop working if I do?

You can probably uninstall it, it's just crap that comes with a Dell. If anything does stop working (unlikely) you should have it on a disc so you can put it back.
