I have a wireless desktop from microsoft. My mouse buttons seem to be messing up a bit. If it ever gets unusable, or I just want to chage, could I buy a stand alone MS wireless mouse and use it with my receiver? I probably wouldn't get the same model either, unless I had to... They keyboard is fine, and I'd rather not spend another $45 for the whole setup...

See, I have another mouse, but I want it to work with my receiver so I don't have to have another. YOu know, like now, I just have one for my keyboard AND mouse.
