Won't recognize CD drive
My son's computer just started not recognizing the cd drive and he has an external DVD burner and its not recognizing that either. Nothing new installed etc. It's a Dell Desktop with a 1.7 Gb pentium processor running 768 MB Ram. All connections appear ok. Any thoughts? Thanks.
