FS: eVGA nVidia 6800 ULTRA AGP

I bought this card on July 5, 2005, thus making it almost three months old. It works perfectly and I have never OC'ed (i'm not even sure how to). Card is in perfect condition. I have the original box, paperwork, software, cables, etc. I will even offer proof of purchase date and such with my newegg receipt. I paid $420.00 USD only 2+ months ago. I am looking to get about $315 for the card. Any takers?

P.S. I am selling because in early November, I am going to be building a massive box. I just found out my work is paying for my tuition this year so I have about 4k in student loans to spend at will.
