Default Help me delete this file!

Ok wasent sure on exacly where to post this one at but....

I have a file on my computer that is called.....BitTorrent-4.0.4

I can't delete this file! It says a program or something is useing it please shut it down. I have in the past encountered this with other things and have close them down and deleted it. But this file I can't seem to find what is useing it to delete it!

This is on my desktop and I Was going to use it to download something but it didn't work anyways it had a encounter which made it not work. But since then I was unable to delete this file. Im not sure if it is hurting anything on my computer but it must be doing something!

I've done searches on it all I found was to download the thing. I looked for a program to delete files like that but can't seem to find the program I onced did in the past.

So does anyone have any suggestions or previous encounters with that file and knows how to get ride of it for good!
