You said you heard a single beeb. Does the hard-disk then start to load the OS?

If so, it's not a problem, with the motherboard.
If not, the ROM-BIOS may have been toasted... Try re-flashing...

Nothing happen. I just here a beep. I have cleared the CMOS. I still don't get anthing. When I just turn it on ith the video card and no hard drives hooked up I don't get anything on the screen. i have tried 2 different video cards. I am going to send it back to MSI for them to fix or replace. it is under warranty.

I have a AMD 64 300+. I have been having problem with it freezing up. i have done some research and today I went and checked everything out on the Motherboard. I retightened the CPU Fan. cause i was told that could cause. Well, After I looked everything over. I plug it back in and turn it on and nothing came out of my video card. So nothing on the monitor. I heard the little beep like you get when windows boots up. I went to the local store and got me a PCI video card and that don't work either. Here are the links to my motherboard and video card.
Whats the make and model of the motherboard?

I was just checking some more info. Can the RAM have anything to do with this. I just noticed that I had it in the wrong spot. The whole time. I put it in the correct spot and it change anything. Just wondering.
Can you elaborate on "the wrong spot"?

The computer boots just fine. I just don't get anything on my monitor screen.
Well then its not booting quite fine .(that single been you hear is the POST beep rather than a Windows beep) .... my question is whether or not the monitor works or not

If the ROM bios got torched its highly unlikely that you'll be able to reflash it

I used my PCIE16 video card and nothing came up using his board. I used the PCI video card I bought and everything worked like a champ.
1.question101 ... what make and models of crap do you have in there?
2. boot off the PCI video card, goto BIOS and set the primary video device as PCIE (sometimes denoted as PCIx16)
3. The PCIE videocard is torched

I know on PCI boards with AGP slots, that they shaered the same IRQ. Have you got anything plugged into the slot next to your graphics card? If so, move it down to the next slot...
Almost all nonPCIE boards that are nonOEM feature AGP slots .. as for shared IRQs ... which boards do you have in mind as that's nothing ive ever encountered before ...
