Default identify Computer system

I am trying to buy some memory to upgrade my box but I don't know my manufacturer. I tried the pcwizard software but it said unidentified. Is there another way.

1. Unless you have an OEM, the manufacturer isnt horribly important (and if you have an OEM you'll know it ... well it should be fairly clear)
2. When you fire up PCWizard, in the box in the top right, select "Physical Memory" and it'll popup all the info you'll need on your RAM ... that's what you have to match (unless you've got an OEM at which point, reading the manual will probably inform you faster)
