Thumbs up

Jouni Vuoro's cleaner is sweet (and free).

Description:
RegCleaner is an easy to use program. With RegCleaner you can easily get rid of those old and obsolete registry entries created by software that you have destroyed ages ago. And by easily, I mean easily. You don´t have to be any expert to use this program.

Is it possible for anything bad to happen when deleting old ones? What does it mean when one is new?

That's what happens to me with other programs. It's very annoying and still have yet to find something to fix it.

I use Tune-Up Utilities 2004 and i run it all the time, and i have never had any problems with it deleting files that messed up other programs, if you cant find it online, i can send it to you on msn or something, since i know they got tid of it on download.com. I find it to be much better then all the other registry cleaner programs, and it also has a bunch of other utilites that are pretty useful.

didnt know that, but ya, there are no restriction, and once you do it you dont need it again for a while. if im not mistaking, you can just un-install and re-install again and get another 30 days.
