convert Internet Explorer Favorites to AOL Favorites

Good day all, Does someone know how to convert Internet Explorer Favorites to AOL Favorites?
I have over a hundred in Internet Explorer on my PC and I want to put them on a friends PC but he only uses AOL and does not have an account that uses Explorer.
Thanks anyone, Dan
PS I copied all of the favorites from my PC on to a floppy disc.

I think it works only if you previously copied those files in C:\windows\favorites folder.

I will copy them to explorer favorites from the floppy.
