ATI Radeon X300 or Nvidia GeForce Go6600

Hello

I'm going to buy a new laptop from Toshiba. I got 2 laptops on mind.
Either Toshiba Qosmio G20 or Toshiba Tecra A4. They both got different graphic card. What is better ? ATI Radeon X300 or Nvidia GeForce Go6600or GeForce FX Go5700 ?
GeForce™ FX Go5700 is it good for high preformance game?

The 6600Go is the best performing card you have listed next up is the 5700 then the x300.
