Default I'm looking for a good LCD monitor

Hello, I am looking to find a good monitor. I want it to be in the range of 19", give or take a couple. I am building my own system and trying to save money. I'm hoping not to spend more than $400 on this monitor. So far, the best I have found is this Samsung , but I really don't know what to look for. I would like to know if this is a good monitor or if you know of a better one that's a good deal.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

i have this monitor

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....&ref=06&loc=01

the samsung ur looking at has a better contrast ratio, but im pretty sure best buy has both monitors...you can go and actually look at the screens side by side, prob ur best bet to do that.

Check out www.newegg.com or www.tigerdirect.com as you will probably get a better deal than buying it from Best Buy or such. I have a Samsung 19" 915n and I highly recommend that monitor. Its pretty cheap and has an 8ms response time. I game with it and have no ghosting issues.
