Exclamation wierdest problem ever..atleast for me

ok guys, I seem to have a thumb for finding trouble for computers. This time i have a very wierd problem. I turn on the computer, decided to put some music on, the music sounded fine (in 2 channel mode). Then i put it on 6 channel mode, the music sounded very distorted, the pitch was low and every. So i messed around a little and turned off the picture thingy that goes with the music, now it sounds a bit better. However when i run google earth or something and spin the little map the music quality crashes. WTH IS GOING ON!?!? please someone help =( I dont like to listen to music 2 pitches lower than it should be.
