Question Upgrades to Up the Value of my Laptop....

Hi,
I am going to sell my laptop soon to build a computer. What i was wondering is what i could do to up the value. The RAM is already at 1GB (Max) and i dont really want to Change the HDD. Any other Ways?

Well i need to know what you already have in it so that i can tell weather you should upgrade or not.

Another 512MB RAM (2 256MB)
How much would it be worth now, then after upgrades (If any)

your best bet is to sell it as is. if you bought anything new for upgrades, people will only pay for it as a used item regardless if you tell them its new.

Ok. So how much would you say its worth? I need at least £400 (about $700) so anything above that is a bonus.

$700 is a fair price. the processor is probably the only thing of value on the laptop.
