I'm in Los Angeles, and the chinatown here is horrible (especially on the weekends). I could also vouch for San Francisco and NY- the only other chinatowns I've been through. Well since you're only 13, you wouldnt know how bad those drivers are. Well if you're a pedestrian, just look both ways... actually look all ways.... twice!
