msn messenger problem

my problem in msn is when I start my web cam or person's which I talk my computer is blocking. I can't do nothing only restart my computer. when computer restarts problem continues again. any help plzz

Does MSN restart your computer? Or does it freeze, and not allow you to do anything, thus you must restart your computer..?

it sounds like it could be a poor webcam driver. you could also try reinstalling msn and configuring the webcam settings in msn

yeah, so u must have the problem of the "blue screen of death" since of the error in the driver of the webcam, try re-installing it or updating it from the internet....
