Default is sata 2.0 the same thing as sata 3.0 gb/s

is it the same thing or what is it

Yeah, from what I know, considering SATA is 1.50 Gb/s, SATA2 would be 3.00 Gb/s, or SATA 3.00 GB/s.

It means it is not the same.

actually its 300mbps not gbps dunno why but its the same thing sata 1 is 150
