I have never known too much about Notebooks. I was just wondering, could someone give me a list of what are the best GPU for a Notebook. Like the best one, second best, third best. Preferably ATI as well. Thanks.
Edit: Actually, could I have a list of Nvidia GPUs as well. Thanks. |

its hard to say whats better then one another in terms of ati vs nvidia, but a good gpu would be the GeForce Go 6800/6800Ultra, or the ati x800 mobility. A decent gpu would be the GeForce Go 6600, or x600, or 9800.

would be a decent gpu, not the greatest out there, but it really depends on what games you want to play.

well, my 9600xt can handle it on high settings, but im not sure on the differences in terms of speed with laptop gpus, but it would probably be able to handle it on medium settings, what are the other specs of the laptop?, since that would make a difference also.

![]() the 9700 mobility specs are basically the in-between of 9600 and 9600xt. i would look into a geforce go 6xxx series or the x600 or above. |
