Default which PSU - Antec Neopower 480W or Enermax 535 W EG565P-VE ?

Enermax 535W EG565P-VE FMA2.0 SLI
Cost: $110.00
Rails: +3.3V@32A, +5V@32A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A
Hold Time: 17ms
Cooling: 2x80mm
PFC: No
Mobo: 20+4 pin
Comments: Although the tolerances are nothing special (std 5%), this is an extremely affordable SLI PSU

Antec NeoPower 480W NEOPOWER
Cost: $127.00
Rails: +3.3V@30A, +5V@38A, +12V@18A, +12V@15A
Hold Time: 20ms
Cooling: 1x120mm
PFC: Active
Mobo: 20pin
Comments: Modular, 20ms holdtime, 3% tolerance, a non-stupid pricetag this PSU is one of the best available

Which psu you recommend? My system is not sli so sli is not a must but these 2 are the 2 I cant decide from. The Comp is used for some gaming and media.

Go for the latter, it is by far the best looking one for your needs. 535 watts seems a bit much.
