Default Multi-Thread games

Does anyone know what games are currently being developed that actually make use of Dual Core processors and what the expected release dates are? Or are there already some out that I'm just not aware of ?
Thanks!

UT 2007 will. I just hope these games utilize dual core, not provide an 80% improvement if you have it...
