Is it possible to change the theme on your computer with DL'ed items? With out using a program such as Style XP, or WindowBlinds. I cant seem to find a place to get themes directly for XP.

If im not mistaken, you cannot directly manipulate with the msstyles files (short of breaking them open of course). Myself, ive used StyleXP and it works pretty well

Even StyleXP however will tell you that it cant mess with the msstyles files and makes a copy and uses that copy as the main styleset.
