That looks really good, I wouldnt change anything. Unless your not really an audiophile, I would dump the sound card and get a better video card, but thats up to you.

I dont know much about speakers though so wait untill someone else replies about those.

ur paying for a 7.1 audio card and ur only using 5.1 speakers. this isnt necessary and u can save a little money by getting the 5.1 card.

in case u didnt know, the 5.1 is standard surround sound. 2 front sides, 2 rear sides, 1 center, and the.1 is the bass or sub.

7.1 is all of the above plus the "tweeters", or the 2 extra side speakers to enhance sound, making 7 speakers total.

something like this should do fine:

same thing, but on newegg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...o.x=14&Go.y=27

price difference u ask??? about $70

I know newegg is cheaper but what can i do they dont ship to Canada... unless they start then it would be nice, and i'll change the sound card. this is not a final build though things will probebly change.

Yea, with the money from getting the 5.1 instead, upgrade your video card. Also, using OCZ RAM might be a cheaper solution and the OCZ Gold Series will go at 2 Cas Latency for about $130. Timings are 2-2-2-5. Perhaps to the 6800 series or MAYBE to the 7800 series if you want nvidia and the X800pro or X850 series if you want a ATI.

Why? There won't be much of a noticable difference.

Why are you buying a sound card? The MSI board comes with 7.1 sound. If this computer is for lots of gaming, I would concentrate more on the graphics card, processor, and RAM. RAM is good though.
