Question Notebook harddrive connector?

I need to get a hold of a little part, so that i can get my harddrive installed. It's the small mostly plastic connector that goes on the pins of notebook harddrives to enable them to plug into the laptop properly.
It doesnt say anything on it except the word: Foxconn .
My dell inspiron 8500 harddrive came installed with one, but my new harddrive didnt come with one.
can any point me in the direction of one?
thanx
