nVidia has much more capability and richer feature set, more powerful! However, I personally haven't had the chance to test it out, so I can only compair by it's stated capabilities/features.

I would say nVidia firewall. I use it and it works alot better then Windows firewall. It doesn't annoy you when you don't want it to.

i hate windows firewall, go with nvidia definatly

i prefer using a third party firewall like ZoneAlarm or Norton for my firewall, but those arnt bad.
