Which speed does your computer use? If you pick the slower on it will slow all your total ram to that speed...

it is also ECC supported would it be worth it gettin ECC?

You dont want ECC Registered RAM, that's mainly for servers. It actually might not work in a non-ECC registered/unbuffered motherboard.

For the price, you can find much bettter RAM. How many GB do you want, 1 or 2?

I just built one with Hyperx unbuffered in it and it runs great! Dont get ECC registered, slower writing and reading from it, and like they said its mainly a server type ram. Highly reccomend this.
