Default Removing RAM from a laptop...

Hi,

I have an ECS model Green732 laptop, and I'm trying to remove the old ram so I can replace it. When I take the cover off in back, it's very tight in there and difficult to remove. I pull the 2 tabs and try to pull the ram out, but it doesn't come loose and I don't want to force it. Anyone have any experience with these laptops or know how to remove it? Thanks in advance.
