Creative SBS 560 5.1 speakers

I just got my computer with Creative Labs SBS 560 speakers. It's connected to onboard Asus A8N-E motherboard 7.1 sound. Every speaker works except the rear left speaker. I've switched speakers and the left rear one still didn't work, so I know it's not the actual speaker. Anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? Thanks.

Anyone? If it's not fixible please tell me so I can get new speakers instead of waiting a week for a response.

i dont want to b e an idiot and say that are they all connected into the sub correctly? unless that connection on the sub is messed. if so i would send them back

Yeah, everything is corrected correctly. I'm going to send them back.

Yes if you know they are connected correctly and you switched the speaker to other channels and it still did not work then the speaker is no good or the wire hooked to the speaker is not making connection on the speaker end.
