I only have 2 ram slots, can i put 1g in each slot? would my computer be able to handle that, or does it even matter on the computer. It's the new kind of ram i think.........the computer is 2.4gz and not that old..

You'd have to give us the motherboard model name, and the ddr of the new ram. If its an old motherboard, then you probly wont get 2Gb on it, but give us the specs on the mobo.
