Default ...Format Option?

I installed another HD (SATA interface) and it shows up in my Computer Management, but I can't find the option to format it. Right now it's showing up as:
Disk 1
Basic
111.79 GB
Online

What do I need to do/click on to format it? Thanks

use partition magic or fdisk. reboot with the windows cd. go through install through the partitioning, then stop the install before writing files. Thats usually how i delete and reformat partitions. If i have to resize or move them, i use part magic
