Default is there DDR ram wich can run @ 600Mhz?

well.. my brother has his 3000+ venice OC'd by upping th fsb.
but now he had to take the DRam Ratio down to 133, so it runs @ 187MHz
so nearly the original 400MHz.
but is there RAM wich can hold the 300MHz fsb, so itll run at 600MHz?

If it was DDR2, it can go up to 1000Mhz, but i dont think you can get DDR that much over 400Mhz.

Unfortunately, system DDR memory doesnt run at 600MHz. It'll run at 300MHz+ though but 600Mhz is quite a stretch for that little "+" next to 300MHz (technicality yes, but an important one)

600 double data rate?? so 300 core clock
That what he wanted, so ddr600 will do the job he was after.

I know what he probably meant, just checking because (1) its an important technicality and (2) you never know!

yes, sorry.. i should have mentioned that
so, i have clocked my brothers memory at 450MHz atm. it runns stable, untill i start WoW. he can play 2 hours untill it crashes, or after 15 minutes it already crashes. (so, complete random time's)
do you think upping the voltage a bit would help (is now at 2,9 instead of 2,7)
he has heat copper spreaders on his RAM ( i bought 4, so we both have them now ^^ )
